Kanthapuram A. P. Aboobacker Musliyar, officially known as Sheikh Abubakr Ahmad, is the Grand Mufti of India and General Secretary of both the All India Sunni Jamiyyathul Ulama and Samastha Kerala Jem-iyyathul Ulama. A senior scholar of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah revered across Kerala and beyond, he delivers the conference's Special Address each year.
